The Daily Mile's 10th Birthday
Children at Rowland Hill run the daily mile every morning and every afternoon. The school has wonderful gardens and the children run 10 laps in the morning and 10 laps in the afternoon which makes a measured mile.
Staff talk to the children about the benefits of daily exercise and how by moving more we will live a healthier lifestyle.
The founder of the Daily Mile, along with Ledley King from Tottenham Hotspur, came to Rowland Hill in late April 2022 to celebrate the Daily Miles 10th Birthday.
