At Rowland Hill Nursery School and Children’s Centre we believe in the importance of investing in our staff team and supporting their wellbeing. Promoting wellbeing can help prevent stress and create positive working environments where individuals and the whole school community can thrive.
We make supporting our staff team one of key priorities so in turn they can offer the best education and care to the children and their families in our school community. We have a staff wellbeing policy and a seasonal calendar of activities and experiences which complement the suite of policies from Haringey HR services.
