Registering with the Children's Centre

If you have a child under the age of 5 or you are expecting a new baby you can register by either calling into the centre to collect a registration form or you can complete the online registration form on the link here.

If you choose to register online your registration form, you will be sent to your local children centre and a member of staff will be in touch.

Once you have registered you will be able to access our services, we look forward to seeing you soon.
